Refund policy

Returns are accepted for unworn, undamaged items in the original packaging within ten days of delivery of the product(s). Email lola@zyscovichjewelry to start your return. Customers are liable for return shipping, including insurance. Once the return has been delivered and checked by Lola, the order will be refunded.
